I’m a software developer and this idea came from a real interaction.
A final-year CS student reached out for a mandatory internship. He didn’t just want a certificate — he wanted to learn and build real projects.
That made me look deeper into internships today, where many are just dummy projects or certificate-based programs without real learning.
