I've been building web apps for businesses since 2002. ezInvoice.com was my first app and users are still using it.
I'm currently working on a new suite of apps at https://cherrypc.com that leverage newer technologies to run offline first and store data on the client side first, and sync data across all devices connected to our optional "Data Services".
And I've developed inexpensive client and server hardware that allow users to use and run the software and keep all their data in-house, as well as sync with our "Cloud Data Services". And they can modify and extend our app code on their server to meet their specific needs, and/or hire us to help with that.
