      Good post!

      I’ll add another to that list as well - don’t use traditional freemium, use a “belief freemium” instead. It’s much easier to do and startups are more likely to succeed with it.     I stumbled over some of the headlines - but still love your content. ;-)

    Appreciation for your customers in #1 is crucial to me. Especially the first customers that supported you in the early days are gold. Serve them well and they not only pay your bills but also recommend your product to help you with the next steps.
