It takes a lot of work to build a startup that caters to the millennial demographic, but you can achieve it with the correct growth hacking tools. In contrast to earlier times, when having a solid product alone might spark your growth, you now need to create a plan.
I want to mention 1 more in your list. Most people do not focus on customer churn and do not provide value to customers.
Customer retention is the major issue no in this digital competition era. Most the users can easily switch to the other one. Most the startups are failing to retain customers after their free trail because they do not provide proper information how they can use their tool effectively and how they can got the desired result for that reason they have selected the tool.
Most of the business losing yearly $32000 who are selling average $40 per user subscription. this value is minimum which I have mentioned.
If your customer leaving your product and you want to retain then you can test this churnfree.com tool. It can help you in reducing customer churn and help you in your business growth and revenue.

Good post!
I’ll add another to that list as well - don’t use traditional freemium, use a “belief freemium” instead. It’s much easier to do and startups are more likely to succeed with it. Wrote a post about it not too long ago on here - https://www.indiehackers.com/post/the-belief-freemium-strategy-that-took-this-sideproject-from-0-8-million-a-year-3b465df4c0

I stumbled over some of the headlines - but still love your content. ;-)
Appreciation for your customers in #1 is crucial to me. Especially the first customers that supported you in the early days are gold. Serve them well and they not only pay your bills but also recommend your product to help you with the next steps.
Hey, thanks for sharing. It gives insight into many startups out there.
Love the insights! I'm trying myself to post at least 1 long-form post every 2 days

The content looks great tbh. But the blog post visualization need to be better, which I'm quite struggling in my blogpost template also since I'm a Webflower newbie haha
Yeah agreed! My team is working on templates.
Are you using Webflow also?
Hey HieuTran, am not using it. I have worked only on Wordpress.
Thanks. I guess there might be more freedom to customize incase using Wordpress.
Yes! You can customize using elementor (plugin).
Thank you! I think these work for demographics other than millennials as well, but it's still very useful.
Thanks for your comment!
