12 Startups. 12 Weeks. Restart. ♻️

A month ago, I made a post about starting my #12startupsin12months journey. Unfortunately due to technical issues (computer died) and being sick, I was unable to start :(

But all is good! I am back, and I am ready to startup for real this month! Here's how this will go:

I'm dividing this month into 7 day sprints, each sprint will be dedicate to a particular set of tasks that way I can focus on each task without getting distracted or jumping ahead.

Here's the full break down for Feb 👇:

Sprint 1 (Feb 1st - 7th): Laying the Foundation

Goal: Get an understanding of the market, figure out where they spend their time, and discover the language they use to discuss their pain points.

• Marketing Research w/ ahrefs and semrush
• Branding Research + Design
• Creation of brand assets (Logos, banners, social media assets, etc)
• Creation of a Copy Swipe file based on my market research

Sprint 2 (Feb 8th - 14th): Creating My Online Presence.

Goal: Establish an online presence and start seeding out content for SEO and Social Media marketing campaigns later.

• Creation of social media accounts
• Web Design w/ WordPress + Thrive Themes.
• Create 4 pillar blog posts for SEO
• Create social media content and schedule it.

Sprint 3 (Feb 15th - 21st): Build the MVP

Goal: Build a working MVP using no-code tools in order to validate the idea.

• Decide which no-code tool will work best (Does anyone have a recommendation for a no-code tool that supports iOS and Android exports?)
• Design the UI/UX
• Build the MVP
• Show off screenshots and recordings of the app on social media to gain traction.

Sprint 4 (Feb 22nd - 28th): Release

Goal: Launch on the 28th after building momentum through the channels I established in Sprint 1 and 2.

• At the start of the sprint announce the launch date as Feb 28th
• Reach out to existing friends, family, and connections to prepare for launch.
• PR release.
• Launch
