I wrote a long-form more detailed individual post here. https://www.indiehackers.com/post/coming-back-now-20k-mrr-feeling-excited-and-nervous-5e63754efe
General update is: Growth is exciting, we're filling more roles now on the team where it makes sense, we're tripling down on marketing that converts (long-form UGC), and quickly cutting features that aren't used.
We track feature usage internally and are laddering up the entire app experience around what paying users actually use. This is informing our dev timeline.
"Phase 2" of Virlo will be defining our "plan" until EOY.
We are going to build a $100M company.
Congrats! What software are you using to track feature usage?
Congrats on hitting $20K MRR — focusing on actual feature usage is such a smart way to grow sustainably.
One thing to watch: as you add more integrations and internal tools, silent API or webhook failures could frustrate users before anyone notices.
We built PageMon to send instant alerts via Slack, Discord, or email whenever APIs or webhooks fail. Could help keep Virlo reliable as you scale toward Phase 2.
Congratulations on hitting the $20K milestone—truly impressive focus!
Nicolas, I’ve prepared something detailed for you that I think you should go through. Is this the same email id which has been menioned in the commets, where I can share the Google Doc with you?
Really curious to know how Virlo helps with the most impactful metrics (e.g., virality score, engagement forecast) that help creators capitalize on these early signals?
Congrats on the $20k milestone, Nicolas! Love the ambition and the super-smart focus on what paying users actually use.
As you triple down on long-form UGC, how are you thinking about the creative side of that? A really sharp brand story can make all that great content pop and feel cohesive.
Excited to see you build that $100M company!
Hi @brian , thanks!
Not sure what you mean by "how are we thinking about it" - we're looking to create as much UGC as possible as it converts well.
Hey @Nicolas, sounds really good. By creative side I meant in overall branding, design and feel of Virlo. I see this as something that could scale extremely large.
Yes- we agree
Could our team be apart of this growth? Would love to chat about how we may contribute to the creative side of Virlo.
Yeah, what's your contact? Email me at info@virlo.ai
Just emailed you from Brian!
