    Wow, that's a great post!
    I would use chatbot in my e-commerce store, but I would use a personalization engine to choose who will see it. Twik is a tool that have this ability, I created my chatbot from their generator, and I give their AI decision making engine the power to choose to which user it would actually help, and which not. Some people just feel annoyed by that, so it's important to remember not everyone should actually see it.
