A no-code launch platform for simple MVPs - Part II

It's been a few days since I got what I consider to be the most validation I've ever had before building a product.

https://www.indiehackers.com/post/idea-validation-a-no-code-launch-platform-for-simple-mvps-c340011676

I promised a no-code platform, and I do want to build it, but there's a decent-sized lead time for building something that complex. I decided to take a slight left turn and start with APIs to what I outlined in that original post.

Here's what I originally promised or floated:

  • allow a custom domain (with ssl of course)
  • allow custom fonts/branding other customizations
  • easy/beautiful templates to start from
  • analytics / heatmaps / conversion rates
  • email gathering / waitlisting
  • simple forms
  • simple payments

Seeing as it's a bring your own front-end for now I have the following features:

  • Light CMS - Change content on the fly without re-deploying
  • Email Capture - Allow visitors to enter their email address for newsletters or to indicate interest.
  • Analytics - Site traffic, conversions and more
  • Funnels - See how people are converting
  • Custom Forms - Use our simple back-end as a service to capture any kind of form data

I know they don't line up very closely but I do think this is the makings of both a no-code launch platform as well as a set of useful APIs to launch a landing page without having to spin up your own back end.

If you're launching a landing page soon, I'd love to hear from you!

    Hey Andrew,
I read through your previous post, it seems like you're really detailed when it comes to early stage analytics for market validation, is that the case?

The MVP tool sounds good, but I wonder if there is a stage before the MVP that would also be of importance, which is consuming the various market research statistics into a blueprint of quantifying the success potential moving forward with the idea?

Can this be done in a way to reduce the pivots often involved from MVPs through early stage comprehensive analytics ?
