I wanted to share this with the community. I found document with 26 questions that are absolutely amazing for interviewing customers.
Grab it here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/183PzYjQi2vsIRlPMUrtzRwZF1VdnZWNDAZsrJ4MRT4Q/edit
I had an interview with a customer the other day using these questions and turned it into a customer case study.
I assume you can do the same.
Thanks!
My favourite questions for customer interviews is a bit strange but I promise it works:
Where were you in your life when you realized you needed help for the problem my product solves?
It really helps frame the midset and the customer journey.
Thanks for sharing it's fantastic. I'd also suggest reading the mom test book by Rob Fitzpatrick and watching the latest YC session by Gustaf Alstromer (It's called How to talk to users). His slides are online I can share the link if anyone needs it. It really helped me out.
