Any #UX heroes here?

We are looking for an UX design expert to join us on making relationship management fast, simple, and fun with Markd! (paid, part-time, remote, web app)

Markd started out as an internal tool , and because of that, it has been functional but a bit lacking in the experience and aesthetics front. We'd like to find someone to help us define the look and feel of the project, preferably someone who understands the problem space and with related experience.
