Ask IH: Things to know prior to using Upwork?
I posted on Upwork for some UI/UX and there seems to be multiple bids. Any advice on how I should filter the devs out? I know there really isn't a way to make it perfect, but any advice would be appreciated!

Decide if you're ok w/ a language barrier
There are a few scammers on upworks. The upworks system does not provide for arbitration. And sides most of the time with the freelancer in case of disputes.
