Bad Wolf — Cloudflare, Dashboard + Onbaording
Quick run through what's shipped:
Cloudflare. Bots were hitting the server and making my numbers look better than they were. Fixed. Data is real now.
Dashboard rebuilt with leaderboards. You can see the pack — other people quitting the same substance, how long they've been at it, all behind wolf names. Adds something to quit alongside rather than alone.
Milestones
This is a killer feature - it shows your progress, and brings in (healthy) competition to progress up the streak bands!
Code + UX audits. Multiple rounds. Less exciting to write about, probably the most useful thing I've done.
Onboarding. First beta users were pretty clear: too long, hard to follow. Rebuilt it. If you tried it before and bounced, worth another look.
Local signups via QR. Stopped waiting for organic traffic and started showing people a QR on my phone directly. Now watching real usage patterns for the first time.
