About £11 a month for everything sounded like a con to me too. My Sky bill on its own had crept past £70, so I assumed cheap meant broken. After 8 months of daily use I can tell you exactly where the low price is real and where it quietly costs you more.

All Sports, One Subscription
Write down what you pay now — not what you assume you pay, what leaves your account.
For most households I speak to it is a Sky or Virgin bill somewhere north of £60, a sports add-on, a streaming service that has hiked its price twice, and one forgotten subscription.
Then write down what you genuinely watched last month. Almost nobody needs twenty thousand channels. The honest answer is usually eight to fifteen, and that gap between what you pay for and what you watch is the whole argument.
The lowest sticker price usually works out dearest over a year, through costs that never show up in a comparison table.
Entry tier normally means one stream, one server and support that is not really support. None of those three appear on the pricing page.
The money leaks elsewhere: a second subscription to cover what the first drops, a streaming box bought because you assumed the hardware was at fault, and a stack of evenings troubleshooting something that could never be fixed.
The honest maths: take the yearly cost, add everything you bought to make it work, and divide by the nights it actually held up.
Monthly outlay: single digits, against a Sky bill that had passed £120.
What I spent beyond the subscription: an ethernet adapter. That is the whole list.
What I would warn you about: the cheapest tier. One stream and one server is not a bargain, it is a different product — and you usually end up buying a second subscription to cover what it drops.
Why is a IPTV service so much cheaper than Sky or Virgin?
You pay for the channels you actually watch instead of a bundle padded with hundreds you never open. The catch is the bottom tier — one stream and one server usually costs you more once you buy a second sub to patch it.
Can I cancel anytime or am I tied in?
The services worth using are month-to-month with no contract, so you can walk away whenever. That is why I pay monthly for the first two months before even considering an annual plan.
Can I watch live football without a Sky or TNT contract?
Yes. A solid IPTV service carries the football live and in HD, with no eighteen-month agreement and no equipment fee — which is exactly why I cancelled Sky.
I pay single digits a month for Iptvcast and cancelled a bill that had passed £70. Pay monthly while you check it, exactly the way I did — pricing and the full channel list are at https://iptvcast.shop.
