I'm a big fan of Ryan Kulp's How to Buy, Grow, and Sell Small Companies. It's a great introduction to building a dealflow pipeline, finding opportunities, closing them and scaling. Plus he's got a ton of templates for the process.

Have you had success in acquiring something via the content in MicroAcquisitions?
I haven't made an acquisition yet but I've done due diligence on 4 or 5. One was a "good deal" but didn't quite fit my niche. Definitely I feel well-prepared to negotiate and value assets after taking the course.

I would highly recommend our Web Equity Season 2 podcast. It focuses all about buying businesses from start to finish and likely one of the best free resources out there that really walk you through the whole process of buying a digital asset.

Also I believe that it is season 4 that talks about the buying experience from a more high level - like private equity, family offices, and in general how institutional buyers that have raised money go about acquiring digital businesses.
