Better offboarding to fight churn

Can't believe I am doing this and my wife was OK with it... but launching a 4th SaaS company 😬

We have been fighting churn hard at @wavve & @zubtitle. We serve the weird space between consumers and businesses ("prosumers"?) so churn is always a priority.

One of the clearest ROI's we have found for our churn fighting efforts has been improving our customer offboarding experience (the flow when a subscriber cancels).

We did this by adding the ability to survey users as they canceled, deliver dynamic deals based on answers, allow for pausing, customer support integrations, and in-depth reporting.

With these changes to our offboarding flow, we reduced our churn rate by 15%.

With some additional tweaks and experimentation over 6 months, we brought churn down by another 30% and saved $25k in ARR.

Anyone can build this type of flow into their product but it's definitely a chore to get right and maintain, so we are spinning what we built into a product of its own. Introducing Churnkey.

Looking to hook up a handful of founders with high volume SaaS biz's to beta test and see the results. The waitlist is on our site 👇

Brilliant! You guys at Wavve keep blowing me away. I'm glad these solutions were a big success internally, and I hope your team sees the same success for other businesses.
