Building ClientDock a simple client onboarding portal for freelancers

I'm building ClientDock, a lightweight onboarding/handoff portal for freelancers — a branded space where clients can upload documents, fill in forms, and track project status, instead of chasing everything over email or WhatsApp.

I'm still early in the process and would love any feedback or thoughts from this community — especially if you're a freelancer or agency owner who's felt the pain of scattered onboarding. What do you currently use (if anything) to onboard new clients?
