🚀 Building My SaaS Product #4

After the 3rd thread the process was mentally exhausting. Since I've never been this far from beginning most of the time it is hard to decide what to do next. Despite it was exhausting, it was instructive for me as well 🤓

As you can remember I gathered a group of people from designers in order to get their feedbacks about my app. Despite it sounds like launching an unfinished project is not reasonable, actually it is!! Since I'm not designer I can't look at the app from a designer's perspective.

Designers tried the app, generated some images with it and shared their feedbacks. They shared the problems which reduces the quality of UX (most of them were the ones I wouldn't think about). Solved some of them and will be working on others next days. In short feedback is gem 💎

Some problems takes more time and effort. This one was finding the right gpu provider. Users had to wait ~5 mins to use the app⏱️. Might be acceptable for beta phase but my aim is publishing the app as paid solution. So don't want my users to wait that long for an app they paid for.

I've spend couple days to find a provider and couple days to integrate it into my app. That was the exhausting part. Since I have limited budget I can't afford a machine running all month (+420$🥲) I needed something has short boot time. Fortunately I came across Cerebrium 🥳 Has <1s boot time and reasonable pricing. After spending some time on integrating, my users don't need to wait for 5 mins anymore. Plus super fast support⚡️

I didn't believe I could solve this problem at the beginning to be true. But sometimes believing the unbelievable leads to build unbelievable things (good quote btw😁) So just think the result you want to reach and find a way to reach it no matter how!!

I'll be working on new features, editing the existing ones and (maybe) adding authorization and payment infrastructure in the next period.
