Building WorkZo AI — Realistic AI Recruiter Simulations

I've been building WorkZo AI, a platform designed to help job seekers practice interviews that feel closer to real recruiter conversations.

The idea came from my own experience preparing for interviews.

Most interview prep tools can generate questions, but real interviews are much more than question-and-answer sessions.

Recruiters interrupt.
They challenge vague answers.
They ask unexpected follow-ups.
They become more or less interested based on how you respond.

That made me wonder:

What if candidates could practice with an AI recruiter that has actually read their CV and target job description, and reacts dynamically during the conversation?

That's the core idea behind WorkZo AI.

The focus isn't just on generating interview questions. It's on creating realistic recruiter behavior, including:

• CV and job-specific interviews

• Dynamic follow-up questions

• Recruiter skepticism and pressure

• Real-time interview feedback

• Voice-based interview simulations

• Personalized improvement insights

It's still in beta, and I'm actively improving the interview intelligence and realism based on user feedback.
