Creators were asking me: "can I auto-reply comments but not sound like a bot?"
So I built a full workflow engine.
You set a trigger keyword. Then you drag nodes:
Reply to the comment
Wait 2 minutes
Send a DM with the link
Branching conditions, delays, the whole thing.
The spicy part: instead of sending the same reply every time (shadowban bait), AI generates 5 variations of your template once. Runtime just picks one randomly. Zero AI cost per execution.
Been solo on this for 3 weeks. Still can't believe it works.
If you're a creator or manage influencers — what automation would actually save you the most time?

Thats really good. Specially the 5 post varient cause one reply used a lot can trigger ban easily. Btw I wanna know how this backend work for it like how do you find keywords. Like user connect account then manually add it or like how
I would love to know what tool you used to translate the website into the following languages: English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, Chinese, Hindi, Arabic, Italian, Russian, Turkish, etc. This is because I'm in the development and implementation phase of an app/website and I need exactly something like this. Can you help me? Thank you.
Building Instagram automations for creators today goes far beyond simple “reply when keyword detected” setups. The real value comes from creating smart, behavior-based workflows—like automatically segmenting followers based on engagement, sending personalized DMs after story interactions, or nurturing leads through multi-step conversations that feel human, not robotic.
For example, instead of just replying to a keyword, advanced automations can:
Trigger different responses based on user intent
Guide followers through a mini funnel (freebie → value → offer)
Personalize messages using previous interactions
This is especially powerful for creators in visual niches like design or typography. If you're sharing content around lettering or digital art, combining automation with tools like a free online calligraphy font generator can boost engagement even more. You can offer followers instant value—like generating their own styled text—by directing them to a simple tool such as free calligraphy creator within your automated flows.
In short, the best Instagram automations don’t feel like automation at all—they feel like thoughtful, well-timed interactions backed by useful resources.
In theory, it's very beautiful!! but technically this drains resources, I'm starting out, I don't have the infrastructure or cash to implement something like this, we have to know the limits, as an entrepreneur you think, ask yourself why! try it, but if I were to implement this today it would be completely unfeasible for both the product and my client! imagine several random comments, draining your money in tokens!! Since they started with automations in comments, the CTA of "comment here 'I want' and I'll send you the link" has always worked well. People who want it will respond to these key words! because: they heard and know what the objective is to get what he wants, which is to comment just 1 word! With this, everyone wins, the product has life!
It's because of thoughts like this that many startups die! they want to kill an ant with a bazooka!
