Subcovery - Automate SaaS churn recovery
subcovery.com
Any and all feedback is welcome.
(Also sign up for the waitlist if your SaaS deals with involuntary churn and want some help)
Logo becomes too big on mobile. Use horizontal logo.
good feedback - thank you
You might want to review it, even if it's an MVP, you want to look professional, no matter what because the first impression is the one it counts.
Get inspiration here:
Check out the white space, contrast and colors used.
I feel like the font is just too big
totally agree - good catch
There's a bunch I can say but to emphasise what Volkan says here are some key take away:
A bit of a shameless plug here but check out our templates, they're totally free and you can use one that is already premade, you just need to update the content: https://www.roflow.co/12-templates-12-weeks
Hope it help :)
great feedback - made changes to all of these (was not even thinking about mobile experience)
If I can be candid, it doesn't look good especially on 3440px screen.
It is worse on 1920px I can't see some text.
I recommend using one of their templates or try https://versoly.com/ (founder here) it is very hard to make ugly sites if you stick to blocks.
Feel free to at me once you redo it for copy review etc.
This Logo is brave though. Hope Mastercard will let you alone with this :P
What the hell, this feels really nice.
Kindof basic, bit the animations are just the right level 🚀 congrats.
I certainly need to do some animation on mine also. Somehow didn't get into this on Webflow yet.
Just finished making changes to this (hopefully this looks 10x more professional than the v.1).
Thanks to everybody for your honest feedback. For those interested, the new site is linked below.

Nice, what billing / payment system will users be able to connect with?
Stripe will be the first payment system, then we'll expand from there based on what we're hearing.
What do you use?
Also wanted to let you know that when I clicked the link "Saas Cheat Codes" your popup fields say "First Name" and the next one says "Name" probably supposed to be "Last Name".
Good catch - just fixed!
Haven't launched yet, but I like to keep a pulse on the payment side of things. What triggers are available on the email campaigns?
The software gets triggered whenever a cancellation occurs that is marked as involuntary. Without getting too technical, this is typically because of an expired card, insufficient funds, or another bank issue.
Once that happens, we'll automatically retry the payment method on file. If that doesn't work, we'll send out 4-6 emails to make it easy for customers to update their payment method.
You're free to update the email templates, but we provide copy for each part of the campaign. You also determine what frequency you want to send these campaigns. All of these emails will be sent from your domain, so we act as a whitelabeled service
I really like the headline and the copy but you have to get some space. Space out the sections, space out the headline. Let the elements be present on their own, right now it is a bit overwhelming and I am not sure what to focus on after I read the headline, something else that maybe a personal preference but i find text that is in narrow paragraphs easier to read and to focus on. But keep on the good work :)
Edit: maybe also try to make the email sign up field orange, i really like the color scheme
Pretty cool - how long did this take you to create?
The landing page only a few days. The product itself is still in the works but should have a v.1 before the end of next month
Congratulations. Not bad for the first try. Here are a few things to consider:
These are a few things to get you started.
Good luck.
Thanks, Thomas! Great feedback - will clean those points up today
Happy to help. Good luck. :)
A couple of things:
Thanks, Steve!
@clayatconfluence congrats on the launch.
Here's some feedback:
Thanks, Javed!
Overall you have really good points of value and calls to action, but it does need some updates on how it's formatted.
Here is a guide from a Shopify article on best practices to set up a landing page.

This one from Rowflow could possibly work.
https://www.roflow.co/templates/customer-service-saas-template
You can take your colors and info, strip out the unnecessary blocks and have it well formatted with little work. Plus it should already be mobile ready.
I hope this helps.
Really helpful - thanks, Aaron!
The design is very fresh and it is really great! Just a little bit zoomed or big. Besides that, looks very cool
The 'customers recovered' graphic is a little big & lots of empty space. But great storytelling here!
If you are not happy with webflows forms backend . You can also use fabform.io
I think most of the people here covered the design flaws. I'll focus on the copywriting part here:
For me, what stood out is this part:
"20-40% of churn is nonvoluntary.". That's a good attention grabber. Maybe you could create a headline where you combine this + add: "We fix this". The stats in that section are also pretty good.
IMO you should move that part up or even consider making it a headline.
Hi, nice idea. I have added your site to a list of products on my small app https://www.prelaunchers.xyz/ . Let me know if that's okay with you and any changes/removal needed. Do check it out though and any feedback is welcome 🙏
Of course - thanks! I'm having some issues loading the site, but that might be an internet issue on my side
hey @clayatconfluence awesome one.
Just couple of notes, I am on M1 16 inch Macbook.
Recurring revenue is hard.So I would suggest that you put a padding for all the section besides the hero one (the one with the wait-list).
Congrats, and keep it up, just minor layout stuff to be fixed :)
thanks! definitely need to fix a lot of the layout - didn't even realize there were issues on different types of screen sizes
Design could definitely could use some love on mobile devices but I just wanted to say I really like the illustrations you chose and it’s a great product idea. Good luck!
thank you!
I have a tiny horizontal page scroll (MacBook pro 16, chrome).
If you need some webflow assistance you can try awesomic.io
Thanks, everybody! Great feedback.
Working on making some edits and will try to follow up once the site looks a bit cleaner
On my 24" screen, I can see clearly "Recurring revenue is hard." part.
ah yeah that was a mistake by me - should be fixed now
On my screen M1 13'' I am not seeing CTA on 1st load. You should put CTA above the fold. Check https://livechat.com for best practices.
And go with more professional look since you're selling to other SaaS founders.
I have a bunch of feedback for the landing page itself but it's probably better to say this instead:
Unless you're investing in learning Webflow as a technology and plan to use it as a force multiplier, use a more tailored service to get what you need done.
In your case I might suggest Umso (formerly known as landen), or Ghost with a good landing page template which can leverage their mailing list feature. Wordpress is always a good option as well. Launchaco was purchased by Namecheap, and there's a free plan along with a very reasonably priced premium plan.
I recently had a conversation with a friend that was building something new using Webflow as well -- my advice to them was the same. They chose not to take the advice (which is their perogative), but IMO you'll get further faster with umso
"Customize campaigns your churn" -- seems like a typo
More content about how the platform works. Perhaps include a step by step (1,2,3) type walk through
The logo is too small. The screenshots make the app look very basic and hurriedly put together, and the screenshots being transparent, they even change color when I hover over them which is not good. The five minute process section gets completely hidden when I hover over it.
Also the landing page does not really tell me about the features of your application, as there is hardly any copy. The testimonials don't have any names or images of people attached to them and feel like they were just put there, ya know?
At this stage, you might be better off just investing in a readymade template which will give you a good starting point and you can take it from there.
great feedback - working on fixing all of these issues
