For the past month we've been trying to work out how we could make it easier to build trust with those people who are interested in what your doing.
We tried looking for a way that compliments the existing approaches people take. Too that end we've looked at augmenting a key to
Delving more into the prototype, it seems to pivot away from the byline into being a platform for getting feedback for users on your existing platform, by was of strategically placed widgets within your app.
I mention "your existing app" because I didn't get the sense that this would be good for validating ideas out of thin air (brand new idea, no site or anything).
Because the story is about your product and not my pain points and potential successes, I wasn't able to grok exactly how your platform would help me.
Also, and maybe I'm just missing something, but is the name of the product Ceres or Useberry?
Overall I actually really liked the home page, had some good aesthetics IMHO. If you were to swap the features below the hero for customers results that'd be great.
Also, I don't hate the headline, but since it led me down the path of thinking you were a social proof company and not a user research / feedback tool, I'd say that needs to be massaged a bit.
My 0.02 on a tag line - "Stop guessing. Ceres/Useberry finds out exactly what your customers want."
Thanks for the feedback!
2/3 Yep totally agree. It was actually a bit of conscious decision on our part, using ourselves as a use-case to see if it resonated with anyone and see if the the direction we where thinking of going had any legs. Definitely given us something to think about though.
The product (as much as there is one) is called Ceres, Useberry is a user testing tool we we're looking at implementing. I can see how it would be confusing though so we'll keep that in mind.
Also love the idea of switching the tagline, think it would make a lot of sense.
Is it some sort of platform where you can implement on your website to gather feedback from the community?
Exactly! Thanks for taking the time to check it out.
