Did you know that reading needs to be at least 96% accurate to sustain strong comprehension? And that there are norms for reading rate for grades 1-6 available here. The goal for reading rate (sometimes called ORF: oral reading fluency) should be between the 50th and 75th percentile (reading too fast can present it's own problems so this is roughly the sweet spot).
