Churn is... good?

    The salient points there for me — and definitely in line with my experience — are that:

    1. At the start, you often sell to well wishers to a certain extent but as nice as this is it’s pretty pointless
    2. Churn should be segmented by customer group. Until you’re post $100k ARR, a single segment will probably be fine.
