Coffee Shop Ops Software

I’m building PrepIt—software made specifically for coffee shop operations.

Most café teams still manage prep, recipes, inventory, checklists, and daily workflow through a mix of paper notes, chat messages, spreadsheets, and memory. It works until it doesn’t.

PrepIt is meant to make that side of the business clearer and easier to run:

• prep lists

• recipes and batch prep

• inventory tracking

• daily checklists

• team operations

I’ve worked in coffee, and one thing that stood out to me is how many tools are either too generic or built for a different kind of business. I wanted to build something more focused on how coffee shops actually operate.
