Completed first draft of landing page for Jonga . Would love some feedback.
I completed the first draft of the Jonga dashboard and wanted to get some feedback. I got lots of ideas for the colours and so on from Steve Schoger's Refactoring UI tweets and videos. The Tailwind colour palette was used pretty much exclusively.
I've put together a new landing page based off of the mockups and looking to start doing some product validation.

Very cool idea, how would you make money?
Subscription service with either monthly or annual. Annual will be heavily discounted to encourage people to sign up to that as most house hunts last at least a few months.
The idea is not to do away with existing property sites but to provide a productivity tool on top of them.

It's to help couples when they looking to purchase a house. They have a central place to send the ones they like so they can discuss and decide on things.
ooph. got it. the # of times that folks look for purchasing though... not very often, right?
but, browsing is something different. hmm. tough stuff!

Couples will look for a new home/apartment a few times in there lives. I'm hoping to develop the go-to tool that they turn to for that search.
In the future it could assist with the browsing but I think I want the value proposition and target user to be very focused.
might be a tough business if the # of customer per year are low, right?
My view was that the cohort of people looking to by a home is always refilling and the people that have enjoyed the experience of using the app will be able to provide word of mouth exposure. What I've seen, anecdotally, is that people reach these life events at similar times for example a whole bunch of friends suddenly all looking to buy a house or have kids etc.
