Create Forms That Can Notify You - For Enquiries, Feedbacks & Leads

My side project started with a simple thought: there are countless ways to contact someone online, but none of them really helped me connect in a clean, straightforward way.
That led me to build Contact Me. Over time, I realized the name and scope were generic and affects branding and SEO — so I rebranded to Form Recipe, a tool focused on making online forms simple, flexible, and practical.
What Form Recipe does?
You can create unlimited forms with fields like:
Name
Phone number (optional)
Email (optional)
When someone submits a form, Form Recipe captures the submission and notifies you - via email and web push notifications. All messages are neatly grouped, so you don’t get buried in messy, spammy emails.

API support → for developers who want programmatic access
Send submissions to multiple emails → useful when a team needs to be notified
Team access → invite teammates to view forms and submissions
