I want to build a website (digital services + blog section) and I'm not sure what to choose between Webflow and Wordpress (divi premium theme) ? It seems like wordpress would be cheaper in the long run even if I buy a premium theme - any thoughts on this?
Additionally, if you know any free wordpress themes suitable for an agency website please let me know.
Dhanks,

Webflow and Wordpress are on opposite end of the spectrum imo. Webflow requires understanding of how html/css works (even though you don't code in it), while Wordpress is more install and go.
I've recently moved a few Wordpress sites to Jekyll, and started using Webflow for a new site (really enjoying webflow at the moment). I wanted more control for these sites, and was finding updates and plugins on ~Wordpress to be messy. However I still use Wordpress for a number of sites that are less complex.
Check out sytescope.com
It's a very intuitive website builder it might be what you are looking for.
I'll hook you up with a decent discount too if you choose to use it.
Matt
You can go with Wordpress + Elementor Free/Pro or if you do not need dynamic content you can go with static site generators like Jekyll (large community) or Hugo (blazing fast). It depends on your requirements.
great, thanks! any recommedations for cheap wordpress hosting?
Not really. I'm a full-stack developer so I'm using many VPS myself. Been with Hostgator years ago. Was quite stable. Most of the cheap shared hosting providers oversell.

I use divi for marketing sites and blogs, in much the way that you described.
They have a shed load of templates that get you off the ground really quickly.
I would go with WordPress - huge ecosystem
Used Divi did not like it, used X Pro for several years and just recently moved my sites to custom build using Oxygenbuilder.
Oxygen does not have a huge community yet and a few other quirks so be careful for prod use unless you can work through the possible issues.
The most complex site I built using OxygenBuilder is https://courageousjourneys.com it is a Membership/digital content ecommerce site using MemberPress and Amazon S3 with autogen links to protect content.
is this the X Pro theme you are talking about? https://theme.co/x/
Yes
