This month I'm working on growing Indie Hackers' milestones feature.

✅ YESTERDAY I added more subscribers to our "top milestones" email.

🏆 RESULTS were that more people got the email today and clicked on milestones.

👷‍♀️ TODAY I'm going to to add even more people to the list, and also start tracking unsubscribes so I can measure churn from the list.

✅ Yesterday I placed Pulse on a couple product discovery sites and looked for ways to become a guest blogger on some sites.

🏆 Will have to wait and see the results of the guest blogger venture. Also helped onboard a fella who saw a post I made here a few weeks back. One new signup

👷‍♀️ Today was filled with meetings that took up a bunch of my time. Sent out an email to pulse signups and put some time into a couple more product discovery finds.

Yesterday was a screencast bonanza!

Got into the flow of recording and managed to crank out three of them. They’re definitely not perfect, but hopefully good enough to convey the key information. Would love to get any feedback from the community if you have it - I'm very new to making videos. :) (links below)
