Looking around the 'net for checklists for handling small teams, for software apps. Lots of sites for Enterprise/Large teams, not so much for the smaller team/saas apps.
So, thought I'd turn here to see what you guys do (if anything) for your projects/teams.
I'm considering categories:
Dev
Operations/Infrastructure
Security/Testing
Monitoring
Documentation
dev/test/production
timelines/schedules
etc...
I'm really looking to be able to have a "projmgmt" (web/mobile) app the team could use to drive a project from start to finish.
As a start though, I'd be interested in creating a list/checkbox here (or github/google docs) of a bunch of items, and craft it into a reasonable list for the dev/proj mgr to use for a project.
Any thoughts/comments??
