Did you validate your SaaS before building it ?

I’ve been reaching out to a lot of early-stage B2B SaaS founders on Twitter over the past couple of weeks. One of the biggest operational and marketing mistakes I’ve seen is not validating their SaaS before pouring more money and time into it.

Why is this such a big mistake?

Because not validating your SaaS means you’re building on the delusion that “people will buy once it’s ready.” Most of the time, they don’t. And then comes the painful part—you’re stuck wondering how to market it and who to sell it to.

At the end of the day, everything comes down to process. If you’re an early-stage founder and want to scale your SaaS the smart way, validation comes first.

That’s Step One. 🚀

I put together a free Go-To-Market guide and built a simple system you can use to validate your product before going all in.

Spot-on validation saves a significant amount of wasted time and money. Does your GTM system include any real examples or case studies?
