Founders Traction System
Helps founders figure out their marketing faster and better
Hey everyone,
I’m helping early-stage SaaS founders make their messaging clearer and homepages convert better.
I’m running a free 2-week positioning sprint — here’s what you’ll get:
Simple sessions (live or async) to figure out who your product is for and what makes it stand out
A short 6-slide deck that explains your product story clearly
A homepage layout + copy that actually connects with your audience
Access to useful templates and strategy, and system toolkits from our marketing starter kit
I’m doing this for free and all I ask is a short testimonial if you find it valuable.
If you’re building a SaaS and want help making your message click with the right audience, just DM me or comment below 👇
As you know, I am building a Marketing Starter Kit to help solo saas founders do their marketing faster and better using proper systems. I would like to jump on a call with founders who have already figured out their marketing.
Anyone down?

I’ve been reaching out to a lot of early-stage B2B SaaS founders on Twitter over the past couple of weeks. One of the biggest operational and marketing mistakes I’ve seen is not validating their SaaS before pouring more money and time into it.
Why is this such a big mistake?
Because not validating your SaaS means you’re building on the delusion that “people will buy once it’s ready.” Most of the time, they don’t. And then comes the painful part—you’re stuck wondering how to market it and who to sell it to.
At the end of the day, everything comes down to process. If you’re an early-stage founder and want to scale your SaaS the smart way, validation comes first.
That’s Step One. 🚀
I put together a free Go-To-Market guide and built a simple system you can use to validate your product before going all in.

Hey Indie Hackers 👋
I’m a solo founder who got really tired of the same old struggle of marketing a SaaS tool to generate leads.
No users, no traction — just me staring at my dashboard, wondering what went wrong.
So I built something to fix that.
It’s called the Founders Traction System, a plug-and-play marketing kit for solo SaaS founders who just want to finally get their first paying users without spending months figuring things out.
🎯 Why I’m Posting This
I’m looking for 5–10 solo founders to try it out for free (or super cheap, like $50) and give me honest feedback.
You’ll get:
Templates for landing pages, emails, and posts
A 30-day playbook to launch and get traffic
Checklists to stay on track
Bonus stuff like:
A guide to find your first 50 users (Reddit, Twitter, etc.)
30 days of my personal support if you don’t land leads
If it works for you (and I think it will), I’d love a testimonial.
If it doesn’t, tell me why — and I’ll improve it. No BS. Just something that actually helps.
👀 This Might Be for You If:
You’re a solo SaaS founder or a tiny team with 0–10 users
Your product is solid, but no one’s signing up
You're sick of vague advice like “build in public” or “post on X”
You want real, practical tools to get users now
💬 How to Join
Just drop a comment or DM with:
A quick intro about your SaaS (what it does + user count)
Your biggest marketing challenge right now
Why you’d like to try this kit
I'll pick testers by 10th August and send you everything to get started.
It’s first-come, first-served.
P.S. Want to preview it first? Grab my free "72-Hour GTM Workbook"

Let’s get your SaaS out of “launch mode” and into the hands of real paying users
Excited to hear what you’re building!

I see a lot of early founders asking, “Should I build this?” — and I’ve been there too.
Building an audience is hard, and trying to grow on platforms like Instagram or TikTok takes time. So it makes total sense to want a faster way to know whether people actually want what you're making — before spending months coding.
Here are four practical ways I’ve used (or seen work well) to validate ideas before writing a single line of code:
1. One-pager + waitlist
Skip building the full app. Instead, create a simple landing page that clearly explains the problem, your idea, and who it’s for. Add a waitlist or early access form.
If people are signing up — that’s a clear sign of interest.
2. Cold DMs to real people
Find 10–20 people who might be your ideal users (from LinkedIn, Reddit, Slack groups, etc.).
Reach out with a short, honest message about the problem you’re solving. No pitch. Just ask if this is something they’d use.
The replies can tell you a lot — often more than surveys.
3. Run small paid ads
Even $20–$50 in Meta or Google ads can give useful insights. Point the ad to your landing page and measure how many people sign up.
If you’re getting signups at a decent cost, that’s a strong signal to move forward.
4. Search for existing demand
Use tools like Google Trends, Reddit, or AnswerThePublic to see what people are already searching for or discussing.
If your idea taps into something people are already looking for, you’re off to a great start.
Bonus
I put together a free Marketing Starter Kit that goes deeper into all of this — landing page templates, messaging tips, and exercises to help you pick the right niche.
If you’re still figuring out who your product is really for, it might save you some time.

This guide helps solo SaaS founders with no team or budget pre-sell their product in 72 hours. It’s a clear, beginner-friendly plan to test your idea, get paying customers, and avoid wasting time. Here’s a quick summary:
Day 0: Find a small, frustrated niche (e.g., designers hating invoicing) on Reddit, Indie Hackers, or Twitter/X. Pick one outreach channel (cold email for B2B, community posts for B2C).
Day 1: Send 50 personal messages to your niche offering a $1 beta spot. Build a simple landing page with a headline, 3 pain points, a mockup, and a “Reserve for $1” button
Day 2 : Ask signups to pay $5 to reserve their beta spot (refundable). Offer $29 Beta or $99 Founder Tier plans. Track payments in Stripe.
Day 3 : If 5+ pay, build a simple MVP, focusing on one feature users want.
Track: Aim for 50 messages sent, 10+ replies, and 5+ paid users using free tools like Hunter.io and Google Sheets.
Rules: Don’t code until paid, charge early, keep your niche small and improve fast
If you succeed: Keep users happy, send more messages, and aim for 50 users in 4–6 weeks. Then cheers you got a really good SaaS product with you.
Note For Readers
Please note that this is just an exercise/workbook to help you get started with GTM. Nailing it will take time, but my goal is to help you make progress in a matter of weeks not months.
That’s why I’m building my main system playbook, the Founder Traction System, to help solo founders figure out marketing with a pre-built system that works without wasting money or time trying to figure it out alone.
The 72-Hour GTM is a beta program I created to help you prepare for fast execution once I launch the final version in a matter of weeks.s
Sign up for the Founders Traction System and I will send you over the beta program: https://wirehaired-protest-b61.notion.site/1e97648c55c880ddb946c598bdeda50f

"I built the damn thing. Now how do I get people to use it... and pay for it?"
If that question keeps bouncing around your head, you’re not alone.
You’ve launched. You’ve shipped.
But now comes the hardest part: Getting real customers.
That’s exactly why I put together The Tactical System — a plug-and-play kit built for founders, indie hackers, and consultants who want results fast.
What’s inside:
✅ 10 battle-tested cold email templates to start real convos
✅ 5 landing page formulas proven to convert
✅ Done-for-you lead magnet + welcome funnel (Mailchimp + Notion)
✅ Bonus: 3 viral content frameworks (for X, LinkedIn, Reddit)
✅ Quickstart video + 1-page checklist to launch in 72h
✅ Real case studies: founders who used it to get paying users
⚡ Optional: AI copy personalizer (plug ChatGPT to refine everything)
💸 Price? $49.
🎯 Feels like $500 in value.
Because the only thing between you and your first 10 customers… is a system that actually works.

You spent weeks building something cool with AI
It works. It’s fast. It’s smart.
But no one’s using it.
Why?
Because no one knows it exists.
In 2025, building isn't enough. You need to show up where users hang out, search, and decide.
That’s where marketing comes in.
I made a Marketing Starter Kit that includes a system to help early-stage founders go from invisible to in-demand, without wasting time and money on fluff.

We launched our waitlist a few weeks back and went on to build our marketing starter kit in public on platforms like Reddit, Twitter, and IndieHackers, and we were flooded with sign-ups from founders who struggle with marketing their product.
Are you struggling with marketing too?
