We just pushed a major update to Record, one of the free tools inside Drefly (a toolkit for PDF, image, video, and office file tasks, no signup, ever).

What's new:

✅ No recording length or file size limit, genuinely unlimited, not "unlimited until we throttle you"
✅ 100% local-first: recording and encoding happen in your browser, nothing uploads to our servers unless you choose to
✅ Bring your own drive: unlock with a passkey to connect your own cloud storage for cross-device access and shareable links, we never hold your files or your keys
✅ Private share links: recipients can play the video, not download it, the file stays exactly where you put it
✅ Full format control on download: MP4, WebM, MOV, MKV, AVI, GIF, pick from a dropdown, no forced format
✅ No signup, no payment wall, no watermark, no premium tier hiding the good stuff
