Every founder tool is reactive. It shows you data but never tells you what to do. So I built one that speaks first.

Notion answers when you ask. Stripe shows what already happened. Linear tracks what you already decided. Every tool I used was reactive - I had to know the question before it gave me anything.

But the hardest part of being a founder isn't getting answers. It's knowing which question to ask in the first place. What's actually wrong today? What moves the needle right now?

So I built Gero OS to speak first. It reads live data across your tools and tells you the one thing to do next - before you go looking. When revenue dips, it doesn't make you dig; it says "checkout broke on mobile after yesterday's change, fix that first."

I'm early and still figuring out where the line is between "helpful" and "annoying" for a proactive tool. Curious how others think about it:

Would you actually want a tool that interrupts you with "do this now" - or does that cross a line into nagging? Where's the boundary for you?
