Feedback needed! Just released Telepath - graphic communication tool

Hi,

my name is Sergey, I’m author and developer of Telepath.

Couple years ago I started to build my small web projects. As I was developer myself the most challenging part was communication with remote designers.

I’ve used bunch of tools, like Awesome screenshot, Lightshot and Skitch. But they only allow to draw shapes and put some text on the image. After that what you have is another image that you need to send to designer. Every time designer sends new version I have to check the changes manually and keep track of tasks, often had to duplicate tasks from images I’ve sent before. It was quite exhausting even with only few pages.
I got so tired of constantly seeking for pieces of information in multiple channels like Skype, Slack, email and losing track of changes I need and I’ve started to look for a tool that will help to communicate more efficiently. There are products like InVision which allows to leave comment on image and Wrike which allows to create tasks, but I was looking for bit more than they can provide.

My usual workflow is following:

• Create mockup and upload it to Telepath
• Add tasks on mockup and share link with designer
• After that designer can upload first version and mark tasks that are done
• I check tasks and resolve if they are done or mark them undone
• Go to 1 utill everything is done

There are still some things in development:

• Organize pages in projects
• Automatic changes detector
• Create mockups and SoW per page to keep context in one place
• Upload final files (PSD) per page of a project
• Add comments to page, tasks, version
• Free drawing tool
• ...

As usual TODO list is endless, but resources are limited. I’ll appreciate any kind of feedback, but will be extremelly happy if you answer this simple questions:

1. Is this tool useful for you?
2. What can I add so you can’t live without it?
3. What is your biggest pain working on design?
