Hey IH! π
For the past 10 years, I've been planning projects the same way most of us do:
- Start with a Google Doc
- Move to a spreadsheet when things get complex
- Try to track dependencies manually
- Hope my MVP scope makes sense
- Discover conflicts 3 weeks into development
This sucked.
So I built Anhencer β an AI-guided visual project planning tool.
The Core Idea
Instead of wrestling with spreadsheets, you:
1. Chat with AI β It asks targeted questions about your project
2. Create bubbles β Visual blocks for objectives, personas, features, risks
3. AI suggests links β Automatically maps dependencies, contributions, conflicts
4. Define MVP β Auto-includes dependencies, flags conflicts
5. Export β Markdown, JSON, or Mermaid diagrams
What Makes It Different
AI-assisted, not AI-automated
β AI suggests changes via interactive widgets
β You review and approve everything
β No auto-modifications to your project
Dependency-aware
β Detects circular dependencies (Feature A β B β C β A)
β Flags missing MVP dependencies (Feature X needs Y, but Y isn't in MVP)
β Warns about conflicts (Feature X and Y can't coexist)
Visual thinking
β Drag-and-drop bubble map
β See all relationships at a glance
β No more scrolling through 50-row spreadsheets
Current Status
β Fully functional (built with Laravel, Livewire)
β Free plan available
β In-app guides
β Multi-language (EN/FR)
π§ Growing user base (looking for feedback!)
What I'm Looking For
Feedback from founders who:
- Are planning their first MVP
- Struggle with scope creep
- Want to structure their ideas without spreadsheet hell
- Like visual tools (if you love whiteboards, you'll love this)

Behind the Scenes
Built solo over 6 months. Biggest learnings:
- AI UX is hard (chat is not enough, you need structured outputs)
- Dependency logic is deceptively complex (took 3 rewrites)
- Freemium is scary but necessary (40% of signups use Free plan exclusively)
Happy to answer any questions! π
Tech stack details, feature requests, roasts β bring it on.
