For the past 10 years, I've been planning projects the same way most of us do:

- Start with a Google Doc

- Move to a spreadsheet when things get complex

- Try to track dependencies manually

- Hope my MVP scope makes sense

- Discover conflicts 3 weeks into development

This sucked.

So I built Anhencer — an AI-guided visual project planning tool.

The Core Idea

Instead of wrestling with spreadsheets, you:

1. Chat with AI — It asks targeted questions about your project

2. Create bubbles — Visual blocks for objectives, personas, features, risks

3. AI suggests links — Automatically maps dependencies, contributions, conflicts

4. Define MVP — Auto-includes dependencies, flags conflicts

5. Export — Markdown, JSON, or Mermaid diagrams

What Makes It Different

Behind the Scenes

Built solo over 6 months. Biggest learnings:

- AI UX is hard (chat is not enough, you need structured outputs)

- Dependency logic is deceptively complex (took 3 rewrites)

- Freemium is scary but necessary (40% of signups use Free plan exclusively)
