Are you currently building and maintaining all the tools yourself? With multiple calculators/tools in the suite, I'm curious how you handle the research, testing, content updates, and other work around the actual development.

I'm working on InvoicingBuilder with my friends. We do some basic work to identify the requirements. We have different roles for research, finalizing features, development, and testing. Mostly, we all participate in testing before a release.
That sounds like a pretty structured workflow, especially with everyone participating in testing. As the number of tools grows, which part tends to become the biggest time sink for you researching requirements, testing each release, or keeping the information/content around the tools updated?

That makes sense those are the two areas where there's no clear "right answer" to test against, so you can iterate forever. On feature decisions, are you mostly going off direct user requests, or do you have a way of prioritizing what to build next before it's requested? Curious because I'm hitting a similar question with TaskRelay around which task types to formalize into the offering first.
nice suite, alex. quick q, does the invoicing/hourly rate side handle multi-currency at all? working with a few clients who invoice internationally and currency conversion always ends up being the messy part
I’ve added multi-currency support, so users can select the currency for their invoice, such as USD, CAD, EUR, etc. For now, we don’t have real-time currency conversion, but I’ll definitely think about how we can handle that in the future. Thank you, Chely.
that makes sense, multi-currency selection is a solid first step. real-time conversion is the hard part though, especially when rates move mid-invoice and clients start questioning what they're actually being charged. that's actually the exact problem we're tackling at worldesk.ai, rate verification for cross-border payments so businesses know if they got a fair deal. how are you thinking about handling the conversion logic when you get to it, banks or a live rate feed?
That is grate, and best wishes! For now, my primary focus is on creating document/invoices. I've not even added any payment services.
totally fair, doc/invoicing first makes sense as the foundation before layering payments on top. when you do get to that stage feel free to ping me, happy to compare notes on how we handled the conversion logic since it's a rabbit hole once you're actually in it
