Freelancers Quality Screening (Monitoring is unethical)

In my previous post: https://www.indiehackers.com/post/remote-teams-time-tracking-345e20e20f I was validating a product idea of a freelancer activity tracker. I have received feedback from the community here and from other communities that made me realize how this tool might be unethical and not really the direction I want to be taking.

Therefore, I thought of preventing the problem from happening rather than trying to control it.

People that trying to outsource developers fall between two categories:

1. Expensive but guaranteed high quality, 60 - 100 / hr USD (toptal)
2. Cheap but no guarantees of quality, 5 - 20 / hr USD (Upwork, Fiverr, etc..)

I am offering a filtration/hiring service, whereby people trying to hire freelancers from Upwork get a lot applicants like 20 or 30. They would send them over to the personalized screening funnel through a link I will provide, they get assessed in terms of language, personality, technical skills, and also live testing can be part of a premium package.

Applicants that will make it through, should be qualified to take the job and would most likely not require a monitoring tool to do the job efficiently.

So people leave the filtering/hiring part to me and they can focus more on their business. Especially, for people that don't have a technical background, I think this would be useful.
