Hey IH 👋
A couple weeks back I shared how RankDots started as a way to turn messy keyword lists into clear content plans. Since then, things have been moving fast.
We’ve now run almost 40 customer interviews. Every call gave us new insights — from “this feature saves me hours” to “why doesn’t it do X yet?” That feedback has been shaping the next version of RankDots, which we’re heads-down building right now.
And just last week, we crossed another big milestone: payments are finally live on the site. It feels like we’re graduating from “just an experiment” to a real product people can support and grow with.
Exciting (and a little scary) times ahead. Can’t wait to show you what’s coming next.
For those of you building products: when did adding payments feel “real” for you?
Big congrats on the milestone, Aleh 👏 Adding payments always feels like that moment when a side project shifts into “this is a real product people value.” Love that you’re grounding everything in customer interviews too — curious to see what insights end up shaping the next version of RankDots. Exciting times ahead!
Thanks a lot! 🙏 Totally agree — flipping the switch on payments felt like a real turning point. What’s been even more eye-opening is how much the interviews reshaped our roadmap. A lot of features I thought were “must-haves” turned out to be less important, while things I considered small details kept coming up again and again.
Super excited to ship the next version and see if it lives up to all that feedback 😅
Congrats on the momentum. Small pushback though. Payments live is plumbing, it feels real when strangers swipe a card and then come back next month. Forty interviews with why not do X yet can pull you into a kitchen sink, so pick one job for a tight ICP, price it, and ship that. Share your first paid conversion rate and the one number you will chase for the next 30 days.
