Full Stack Engineer looking to share ideas and build something truly valuable
Hi all! I'm Arjun, a young and hungry (for building stuff and food) software engineer working in the SF Bay Area. I've always been passionate about building something on my own or with a small team, and am looking to network and share ideas with like-minded people. Open to talking about any industry/idea that truly solves a problem.
So far, I've taken a generalist approach to my career, exploring several technical areas through internships and jobs (e.g. front end and back end web dev, devops/infrastructure, mobile), but I do have a solid software foundations and communication/leadership skills.
A bit about my experience:
- Web Dev: React/Redux, Node/Express, SQL and NoSQL, playing with Spring Boot
- Devops: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Scripting with Bash/Python/Go
- Worked in both startup and enterprise settings for 4 years (includes internships and part time while in college)
- Tried building a cannabis marketplace startup and burned out, but learned a TON
- Built iOS apps a while ago for startups when it was just Objective-C (what's that??) and Swift 2
