It is an interesting concept. The idea of 'knowing your market', springs to mind.
People would always love to test the water before diving in. However, it does depend on how well people will actively leave feedback.
I have found in the past everyone loves a free product, however, not everyone will want to write about it.
Then you also have to differentiate between genuine feedback and passive feedback left as gratitude for a product or free trial.

I think overall, we are in a space that will be very difficult to crack - but the challenge is both exciting and scary. But feedback like this really helps. Thanks
I would use it, however the idea of customers is ambiguous. Who are these people? Is it you? Because it definitely sounds like "give me money and I'll visit your website", which does not mean at all you are my target audience.
So, with double sided marketplaces, I am normally skeptical regarding how are you going to make it work. And 1 hour of work of one person reviewing my website, should be at least U$15, which quickly escalates the price if I want feedback, from, say, HR managers.
Interesting take. Customers would be your real potential customers - your specific target audience (though like you mentioned, we can't guarantee that your specif target audience will be willing to engage with you for the incentive they would receive.)
We trying to create a marketplace that facilitates engagement from both sides of the marketplace. We believe we will make it work because of the way we plan to incentivize your audience to give you constructive feedback. We will also allow you to talk to those people (i.e. user interviews) So you can gather real feedback from real people. Right now, it works best with B2C business types. B2B still has some hurdles we need to overcome as you have rightly put it. - but we have ideas we need to test that we think will make it work.
Hey! Yes, I think helping founders get to PMF is a real problem. I think your solution is too vague off this one post to answer if it's mapped exactly to that problem!

Sure, a list of features you will have would do it, as well as the benefits that you users would get from those features

I feel the same way as the other posters. You may have a market because people really do not know what to do to get validation, but I think there are other ways to go about it. Like meeting people in person explaining and asking what they think. Or posting it for free in 'target audiences' normal communication methods.
Many people might be afraid to do validation themselves, but is probably what they should do to further refine their idea. Hearing directly is the best, when they have no incentive other than they tried it 'here is what I think'.
Marketplace: Think people will be happy about making money. Think some people will pay money to have people take a look at their MVP. But also think there is a natural way to do this already. My 2-cents. Does not mean you cannot make a product out of it.
I agree with you. In my experience, being able to talk to customers has always been one of the biggest hurdles any founder has to get over. I just want to make that process easier.

Yeah would use it. But I am curious about how you can get the user feedbacks ?
To be the best way to get feedback is to build a community around something.
Then you can ask them about feedbacks.
