Hi everyone,
So my team and I have been helping SaaS & E-commerce businesses grow in revenue through paid & organic traffic for the past 2 years.
There are some aspects that tend to ensure the success of startups in this industry that we have noticed and I wanted to share them with you, in hopes it may help someone or in case anyone needs this information.
Most of the startups we have helped tend to have problems with:
What we've found tends to work:
-For B2C startups social media tends to yield decent results but ensuring you have content that feels natural in people's feed is a must otherwise it will tend to be expensive to keep running the ad and it will not convert well.
What to avoid:
Focusing on likes on social media - likes do NOT drive revenue, it is not about the number of followers or likes it is about the end result and user experience.
Running big-budget FB ads without any knowledge or expertise - PLEASE ensure you have a FB pixel installed, I could not stress how crucial this is. We've noticed a lot of businesses tend to think Facebook Ads do not work just because they tend not to know how to properly set up and run FB ads.
Not split testing
This is just the surface of what's involved but I hope it cuts the learning curve for someone and proves useful to anyone building their startup.

Hey! I think that an important aspect of ecommerce marketing (any field especially in the digital world) is analytics, focusing on which you can understand what is where and how best to sell. It is important to understand what and how your customers buy. This is a key aspect that is greatly underestimated
Especially if you have several sales channels (marketplaces + website + something else), it is very important to highlight the key one in order to properly and rationally allocate your resources and find the right approach to your customers
So there are a lot of auxiliary tools on the market for this, it is worth paying attention to beginners, since the cost is not very high, and the quality of services is good
