Health (Day 225)

I've been slacking off from running for the past month. Once the Sunday 10k streak is broken, things really fall apart. It is hard to dedicate time to run when I got so many tasks on my mind all the time. Hackathon weekends, trying to push for progress all the time, always took priority over working out.

Last night out of the blue I felt a strain in my back muscle. Super painful. Haven't experienced that for a long time, but it's a good wake-up call--should never prioritize anything over health. Need to block out time for running and some weight training, no more excuses.
