Hey everyone, excited to make my first post here.
I'm building Matcha Resume out of a personal frustration: millions of qualified candidates get rejected every day, not because they're unskilled, but because their resume didn't use the "right" keywords for an ATS bot or failed to impress a human recruiter in 6 seconds.
Most resume builders just sell templates. This doesn't solve the real problem: the content.
So, I'm building an AI-powered resume builder that provides actionable, specific feedback.
You upload your resume and a link to a job description.
The AI analyzes it and gives you a comprehensive quality score.
Instead of vague advice, it pinpoints exactly what to fix: "This bullet point is missing a quantified result," or "You're missing these 3 critical keywords from the job description".
