I’m Anu, Director of Technology at WatBox and Managing Director at Inno Valley Works, a boutique Salesforce consulting and product studio based out of Coimbatore and Wilmington. For the last few years, my work has lived at the intersection of Salesforce implementations and “messy real-world communication” — sales and support teams spending their day on WhatsApp while leadership expects Salesforce dashboards to be the single source of truth.
We built WatBox because those two worlds rarely talk to each other. WatBox makes WhatsApp (and SMS) feel native inside Salesforce:
Send and receive WhatsApp messages right from leads, contacts, and cases
Automate flows and campaigns using WhatsApp, not just email
Keep every conversation logged in CRM for reporting, compliance, and handover
Right now we’re focused on teams that already live in Salesforce but rely heavily on WhatsApp: recruitment, real estate, education, and fast-moving services. I’d love feedback from this community on:
What would make a WhatsApp–CRM tool “good enough to switch” for you?
What metrics would you track first (reply time, conversions, NPS, something else)?
If this is relevant to you, I’m happy to share our early product decisions, tech stack, and go-to-market experiments in a follow-up post.
