How are you handling onboarding?

Onboarding new hires could be a nightmare.

  • The startup wants to make sure that person learns fast, engages, and stays committed to the team.

  • The new team member is desperate to learn quickly, show value as soon as possible and retain the job (if they are happy- of course).

This is what we are solving with Uphint.com
