How do you handle Terms & Conditions at the early stages?

I want to get validation for a couple of ideas. I've learned recently that the best validation is when people pay you real money before you've even created the product.

So, I want to create a landing page and try to do some pre-sales. I was thinking of setting up Stripe and letting people pay to my personal Stripe account so I don't waste time setting up a new entity for something that might not pan-out.

But how do I handle the Terms & Conditions? I assume that if people are to pay, I would some kind of Terms & Conditions.

Do I put my own name in them? (This seems a bit risky)
Do I put the website's URL instead? (This seems a bit fishy)

How have other solo-founders handled this at the early stages? I don't want to waste time and I don't want to expose myself to unreasonable liability.

I may be overthinking it. But I would appreciate any feedback or advice 🙏
