How does one find a non-tech co-founder?

Hi everyone,
I have a slow two months coming up and I have had this idea for a social network for a while now, but I don't know how to proceed.. I would like to partner up with someone with an extensive network who thinks marketing/promoting/cold messaging is fun but I don't know where to find anyone like that!

I've tried the usual platforms but it seems most people on there are are non-tech and looking for developers for their idea.

In the past, I've done the code first-fail later approach, but I think that maybe this time I should try to go the other way around so that I don't waste months building something that doesn't get used :)

Hey there! I'd be open to discussing it with you and see how we can help. I run a marketing agency.

I put the product on here with a link to a landing page describing the idea:

Are you open to other ideas? Although I have a company, I have an idea that we are trying to test. We already have a few thousand customers to test with.

Thanks for replying! Can it wait until September? :)
I have some quiet time as I said, but not enough to start something completely new.

    Definitely a smart idea.
I think it takes a balance though as I believe you need just enough so that someone can "get" your vision.

Can you explain more of what you are trying to do - ie what problem you are addressing?

Hi John, I'll post the project later this week!
