Data cleanup + reporting
Customer support automation
AI is just the engine. The outcome is what sells.
Step 2: Pick one painful workflow
Choose something people already hate doing.
Example:
“Weekly reporting from 5 tools into 1 clean doc.”
That’s a $300–$500 problem.
Step 3: Build a simple system
Not a tool. A system.
