One observation that I've made is that a lot of businesses are essentially the cross product of problem/feature/tool/solution and target audience.
For instance;

Target audience:
Would create 9 possible ideas:
In this way, you can generate a huge list of potential ideas through which you can provide value. Of course, you still need to validate that the idea makes sense by talking to your audience to see what their actual problems are.
